My name is Jacob Norrgard and I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you what my business can do for you. I am a Reston native and hold a BBA from James Madison University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technology. To earn money for college, I painted houses in the summer.

My name is attached to every project. I have hundreds of satisfied customers who will be happy to give you references regarding the quality of work and the professional level of service. I operate with great attention to detail and the utmost integrity. I take pride in my work and provide a professional service from start to finish. I have been working in the trades since I was a child. I have a wide variety of experience and provide a full array of services. Below is a brief history of how I came to be an entrepreneur.

I began this work when I was sixteen, working for University Painters, where my crew painted homes throughout the Mclean and Great Falls, Virginia area. During the summer of 1998, I served as a Project Manager/Sales Associate for Triple 'A' Student Painters. Our territory included the counties of Spotsylvania and Stafford, including the city of Fredericksburg.

Under the wing of an Executive Manager, as a Project Manager/Sales Associate, I was schooled in the various aspects of a paint contracting business. Combining my experiences and education I branched out on my own. Because of my training and comprehensive experience, I have learned the vast variety of details encompassing not only properly prepared and finished projects, but on working with people each step of the way. My goal is not only a pleasant, timely experience, but one based on clarity and understanding.

Large companies maintain large overhead costs. These expenses are paid by the customer and reflected in the contract price. With my company, I limit overhead. I do not have expenses such as large advertising costs, administration services and hierarchy of management. Unlike other owners, I am the salesman and the on site foreman/production manager. I supervise marketing, human resources, quality control, customer satisfaction, and supplies. Bottom line, I provide a long lasting, top quality job at a reasonable price.
